If I take the packing service, when will that happen?
We’ll usually complete your packing either the day before your move or on the morning of the move itself, depending on the size of your property and your schedule. Our team will plan this with you in advance, so everything is organised and ready without any last-minute stress.
What if I need to change my booking?
We understand that moving plans can change. If you need to amend your booking, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date or requirements. We always aim to be as flexible and helpful as we can.
